Pub Crawls to House Crawls???
Last weekend Matt and I visited the Creekside development in The Woodlands.

The Tupelo neighborhood was hosting a home tour of 11 furnished and decorated model homes by nine popular homebuilders including Chesmar, Gracepoint, Partners in Building, J. Patrick Homes, Plantation, Ryland, Toll Brothers, Trendmaker and Village Builders. At each house, you were given a sticker or prize before preceding to the next. At the end, you were able to turn in your stickers for a fried chicken dinner and an ice cream sundae. As we started our walk to the first four houses, Matt and I both immediately felt like we were on a pub crawl with the last bar in sight with our free prize. I find myself in these ironic situations all the time as I get older and especially lately as a newlywed. I am not so sure that I am happy with it all the time...I am still 21, right?
Matt and I have grown quite found of this neighborhood. We have biked here a couple of times and also shared a few laughs on their nature trail. I am sure many of you remember Honey's run-in with a deer which happened at Creekside. We have visited more than a dozen model homes since we were dating. Now we are married and we are not real serious about a move at the moment, but I think we will know exactly what we are looking for when it is time. We have both grown quite found of the Toll Brother's home. The name itself makes me think of cookies, but when you look at their homes, it will make you think of a castle with their unique design. Below is one of the models we have fallen in love with.

P.S. When is the next pub crawl?
